Dr. James Goldenberg was born in New York in 1962, but has lived in Florida most his life. He earned his bachelors in Psychology from the University of Florida and graduated medical school from the University of South Florida. Dr. Goldenberg then completed his residency in Neurology at the University of Miami followed by a Fellowship in Neuromuscular Diseases and EMG. Dr. Goldenberg is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology and has been in practice in central Palm Beach County since 1994. He is also active on several committees. He is on staff at JFK Hospital and has held many leadership positions including; a member and Chairman of the Credentials Committee, an elected member of the Medical Executive Committee,a member and Chairman of the Board of Trustees,and is also involved in the Neurology Teaching Program at JFK Hospital for Internal Medicine residents and Medical Students. Dr. Goldenberg has also served as past President of the Board of Directors for Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches, Inc.and is now the 2016 President of the Palm Beach County Medical Society. Dr. Goldenberg’s care philosophy is to “provide state of the art medical care in partnership with my patients. Listening is the key to accurate diagnoses. I rely on all available treatment options and include non pharmacologic treatment when appropriate. I limit the number of patients seen daily to allow adequate visit time and ensure on time appointments.
